Master Data Coordinator

The Master Data Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of a company’s product and supplier data.
We are looking for someone who can ensure that - critical information for - both in-warehouse and in-transit - is accurate and up-to-date. You will be able to manage core data in a smooth and reliable manner, and see the entire supply chain, from logistics, compliance to finance.

Job Responsibilities:
Component Data Maintenance:
Update and maintain critical information for all incoming parts.
Ensure that correct weight specifications are recorded.
Assign and update correct Harmonized System (HS) codes for international trade and customs clearance.
Verify and record the correct country of origin for each part.
Keep supplier contact information current and accurate.
Actively follow up with suppliers to obtain necessary certificates and declarations.
Follow up on certificates of origin, product declarations, and other compliance-related documents required for customs and regulatory purposes.

We believe that you have an academic background, in computer science or equivalent program.

You have worked for a few years in the labor market. You must be fluent in spoken and written English - English is the corporate language.

Workplace at our client in Helsingborg.
This position is a short-term assignment until January 2026, possibility of extension.
